Consider updating old furnishings and decor!!! Improve room maintenance especially for heating and cooling systems!!! Address noise issues from adjacent rooms for better overall comfort!!!

i recently stayed here and it exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a nice refrigerator and microwave. breakfast had a fantastic selection, including fresh eggs and fruits.

the pool was colder than expected

Had a great time with my friends during our trip! We visited Minuteman Park and took a quick drive into downtown Boston. The breakfast spread was decent, and the beds were super comfy. Keep in mind that the hotel is not super close to other dining options, so plan ahead for meals!

Check-in was a hassle due to a rude staff member who made the experience quite uncomfortable. I had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating.

I had a decent time at this Best Western. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, and that set a good tone. The location is convenient, especially for visiting Boston. My room had a balcony, which I loved. Having a fridge and microwave made things easier for snacks and drinks. Breakfast options were good. I enjoyed the porridge and muffins. However, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I found some hair on the tub curtain, which was disappointing. The air conditioning unit in my first room was noisy, but they were quick to change my room. The fitness center was nice and well-equipped, though I did notice some odd behavior from hotel staff while I was trying to work out. I didn’t get to use the pool, as it was closed during my stay, which was frustrating. Overall, I might come back if improvements are made in cleaning and maintenance.

This place suits me perfectly with great wifi, friendly staff, and a relaxing fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for a weekend!

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus in Waltham. The spacious, clean room truly stood out. The breakfast offered varied options, and the staff greeted me warmly. However, I noticed the pool was under renovation, but it didn't detract much from my experience.

i really liked the friendly lady at check-in. the breakfast was decent, and the melted cheese on the breakfast sausage looked a little off. The restaurant in the lobby stood out the most. they made great food and drinks for my family even when it wasn't on the menu. the indoor heated swimming pool was a nice bonus for the kids!

I had a wonderful stay with a spacious King Room that was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a fantastic spread including scrambled eggs, various fruits, and pancakes. The pool area was inviting, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after exploring. However, I did notice that the water pressure in the shower could be improved.
